A comprehensive renovation project that combined functional upgrades and custom craftsmanship throughout the home. This project includes a fully renovated bathroom, a custom-designed kitchen island with a wine rack, and handcrafted mudroom lockers.
Bathroom renovation with signature lighting design
This bathroom was taken down to the bare studs and completely rebuilt. I collaborated on the design and suggested a unique LED indirect lighting system on an occupancy sensor, a signature design element of mine. The lighting creates a soft and welcoming ambiance while offering practical energy-saving functionality. The shower features matte black fixtures, a frameless glass enclosure, and classic white subway tiles for a timeless look.
Custom kitchen island with integrated wine rack
The kitchen features a custom-built island designed for both aesthetics and utility. The centerpiece is a solid walnut countertop that adds warmth and elegance to the space. Integrated into the island is a handcrafted wine rack made of walnut, offering both storage and a focal point for entertaining. Additional compartments provide practical storage, while the island’s design seamlessly blends with the surrounding space.
Handcrafted mudroom lockers
In the mudroom, I designed and built custom lockers to maximize storage and organization. Each unit features individual cubbies, hooks, and a solid walnut bench for a cohesive and durable finish. Above, additional open shelving provides even more storage options, making the mudroom a functional and stylish entryway to the home.
